The GG World Festival Event 133-M: GGMasters Festival Edition was one of the most anticipated mid-stakes events of the weekend—and it didn’t disappoint. With its deep structure, freezeout format, and massive $1,000,000 guarantee, the tournament drew 7,441 entries across multiple Day 1 flights. Runner-up ‘Pedro Igor’ secured $118,299.35 in the deal, closing out a deep and well-earned run. Finishing third was ‘Fatipro’, who claimed $78,145.73 after navigating the final stages with precision.

Who said poker’s boring?

Event 136-H: GGMasters Bounty King

Event 137-S: Sunday Showdown [Mystery Bounty]

The GG World Festival Event 137-S: Sunday Showdown [Mystery Bounty] delivered another dose of high-stakes suspense, where every elimination had the potential to unlock a game-changing payout. With a $1,500 buy-in and a $600,000 guarantee, the event attracted 464 entries, building a prize pool of $661,200. Over 9 hours and 33 minutes of tightly contested play, the field battled for serious cash and those all-important mystery envelopes.

In the end, it was ‘lIlIllIIetsRoll’ who came out on top, taking down the title and earning $55,571.03 in prize money along with $87,300 in bounties, which also included the top mystery bounty, a hefty $44,100 reward. Right behind them was ‘Preben Stokkan’, who fought hard for a second-place finish worth $41,672.21 plus $4,500 in bounty payouts. Third place went to ‘Grace Kelly’, who collected $31,249.74 but failed to knock out any opponent during the tournament to collect nothing from the bounty rewards. But the biggest twist, as always in this format, came elsewhere—this time it was ‘Gavin Andreanoff’ who landed a total of $106,100 in bounty rewards. That, in addition to the $9,882.02 earned for the 7th place finish, gave ‘Gavin Andreanoff’ the second highest total win from the tournament.

Just another reminder that in the world of mystery bounties, your tournament story can change with a single knockout — and every shove carries more weight than meets the eye.

Event 137-H: Sunday Showdown [Mystery Bounty]

The GG World Festival Event 137-H: Sunday Showdown [Mystery Bounty] kept the thrills rolling with another wild ride through one of poker’s most unpredictable formats. Featuring a $250 buy-in and a $600,000 guarantee, the tournament pulled in 3,140 entries, pushing the total prize pool to $722,200. Across 9 hours and 49 minutes of play, the field saw dramatic swings, huge bounty reveals, and high-level play all the way to the finish.

Taking top honors was ‘Mariusz1237’, who secured the win and $44,846.81 in prize money, adding $16,110 in bounty rewards for a total haul of more than $60,000. ‘Billionai89’ locked up second place for $33,628.10 and earned an additional $3,540 in bounties, while third-place finisher ‘NiGTONiWalou’ took home $25,217.52 plus $4,680 in bounty rewards.

But as always in the mystery bounty format, the most jaw-dropping moment came from deep in the field. This time, it was ‘Hannes Speiser’ who cracked open the biggest mystery envelope — a $56,000 bounty — despite finishing 35th in the payout standings. It’s a result that perfectly sums up the format: every hand counts, and any knockout could be the one that changes everything.

The Weekender

The Weekender once again closed out the GGPoker schedule with a bang, proving why it remains a can’t-miss stop for low-to-mid stakes grinders every Sunday. With a $50 buy-in and a guaranteed $250,000, the latest edition drew 5,884 entries, beating the guarantee and delivering a total prize pool of $270,664 for the players to battle for. A total of 1,160 players advanced to Day 2, all chasing a piece of the prize pool and the coveted top spot.

After 6 hours and 44 minutes of Day 2 action, it was ‘Erik Tamm’ who emerged as the last player standing, turning a modest investment into a $26,708.43 payday. Not far behind was ‘LuckBlocker’, who secured $20,591.76 for their runner-up finish. The third-place spot went to ‘Terry Lawrence’, who walked away with $15,878.42 after a solid deep run. With a balanced structure, a huge field, and a ton of endgame drama, The Weekender continues to be the perfect closer to an action-packed Sunday grind.

The End of an Epic Weekend of Poker

As the GG World Festival barrels toward its final stretch, this weekend showed exactly why it’s become the centerpiece of the GGPoker calendar. From $5 buy-ins to $1,500 showdowns, players across every level found opportunities to score big, make deep runs, and pull in the kinds of mystery bounties that can flip a tournament on its head. Whether it was a six-figure payout from a third-place finish or a massive bounty win from outside the top 30, the stories that unfolded over the past few days captured everything we love about tournament poker.

The mix of structured grind and bounty-driven chaos gave us edge-of-your-seat sweats, incredible comebacks, and moments that reminded us why even the smallest decision can lead to something huge. And with more GG World Festival action still to come, the best might be yet to unfold.

Until next week — good luck, play smart, and as always, we’ll be watching the final tables.
